A Kentucky native, Jim is a graduate of ArkansasÂ’ Harding College and the North Carolina Realtors Institute at UNC-Chapel Hill. He began his association with Bald Head Island in 1991 as property manager, and switched to real estate sales in 1995. Now in his thirtieth year in the real estate business, Jim is also active in professional, public service and civic organizations in Southport and Brunswick County. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
