A fourth-generation American Filipino, Charles was born in Makati, Philippines, and came to Los Angeles when he was ten years old. He attended Marymount College and Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, studying business marketing and fashion design. He helped build his family business in healthcare, worked in entertainment finances, and became a top sales representative for EMK Beverly Hills, a luxury skincare company. He started in real estate simply to protect his family's real estate investments—renovated multimillion-dollar homes operated as Airbnb properties. Becoming an agent was the next right step and something he has enjoyed immensely.
