Born and raised in the north GA area, I've been married to my high school sweetheart since 1990. We have 4 children, that I home educated for 14 years. My husband and I began investing in real estate in 1996. Buying and selling turned in to a rental business during the downturn of real estate. DK Property Management and DK REAL ESTATE was created to help with managing our rentals and with buying and selling in 2012. Our oldest son graduated with his masters degree, bought the property management company as well as partnered with me in real estate. I've thoroughly enjoyed working with investors, finding the best deals on all types of real estate. Our companies take the investor from the purchase, to the rehab of their investment, then to sell or lease it, and if leased we manage that lease for them. My other favorite client is that first time home buyer. It's my privilege to walk them through the steps of finding their starter home. They have so many questions and fears, but in the end they become home owners and friends! I love being their guide throughout the process! Am I perfect?--NO WAY! Will I make mistakes along the way? --Most likely. But will I give my client the utmost respect, time, attention, loyalty, and honesty?--ABSOLUTELY!
