Anne is a Broker/Realtor with deep expertise in Residential and Investment Real Estate. A U.S. Naval Academy alum, she served on active duty and is now a Captain in the reserves. Her career in sales and marketing has spanned Navy Public Relations to organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Caterpillar, and Pepsi. She brings a zest for excellence and strong work ethic to her Real Estate engagements and is an investor in properties totaling 1372 multi-family units and 220,000 sq. ft. of industrial park space. She enjoys family time with her husband and college-age son, surfing, and traveling, and supports her local community NC by volunteering as a student mentor at UNCW's Business School. She educates people on passive investing as an Anthem Capital Ambassador and connects Veteran entrepreneurs to capital for Real Estate project funding through the Academy Fund. Anne serves on boards of the Veteran Business Collective and the Military Officers Association, SE NC Chapter.
