As a 28 year Jacksonville resident, I have an intimate knowledge of the River City and all it has to offer, its neighborhoods, schools and amenities! As a realtor I service both commercial and residential clients, with a specialization in investment properties. As an active investor, i have expanded my knowledge base in construction and building code, and also provide consulting services for out of town investors, new investors, and development groups. Although I primarily concentrate on the north Florida market, I also spend a fair amount of time, and have a fairly broad knowledge of the Tampa Bay area, as well.
