Born and raised in Staten Island, Chris brings his knowledge of the borough to bear in every real estate transaction. Chris received both his Bachelors and Master's degrees from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where he majored in Police Studies and Protection Management. He has over twenty years of Law Enforcement experience and has worked in four of the five boroughs. He is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor from the National Association of Realtors. This certification uniquely positions him to accurately identify comparable properties and identify specific challenges and special situations when making pricing recommendations.
