In addition, Dan is active among real estate investing groups, making him the go-to realtor for an investment focused clients as he also invests himself and understands the different needs of landlords and house flippers. Dan has experience in all areas of town and all price ranges, allowing him to give clients 100% effort no matter if working together on a $50,000 property or a $1,000,000+ property. He offers full-service support, leading contract negotiations and helping clients analyze deals. Dan has earned himself the Realtor of Distinction award in consecutive years for his exceptional service in the Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley county areas. He also has his GREEN Designation through NAR.. He graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management Operations with a concentration in Accounting.

When not finding clients their dream home, Dan can be found smoking a cigar on his back patio with his dog Benton by his side, or on a camping trip with his wife Liza.
