Dede was a licensed California and Nevada Realtor in Lake Tahoe for approximately 25+ years while escaping to Los Barriles Baja whenever possible. She lived in South Lake Tahoe for 36 years, practicing real estate in California and Nevada. Prior to selling real estate, she owned and operated a sportswear shop, 3D Neoprene Sportswear, for 12 years where she designed and sold her own line of active sportswear. Dede grew up in Los Altos, California where her Mother was a Broker for Century 21. She has a passion for real estate and feels it's in her blood! She is well known by many East Cape Baja residents, Lake Tahoe residents and out of area tourists as well. Many of her Lake Tahoe clients have moved to the East Cape of Baja California Sur to enjoy a more peaceful and warm lifestyle. Dede's son, PJ Bacon, graduated from SDSU and is gainfully employed so Dede has made Los Barriles her home where she enjoys her real estate career, kiteboarding, yoga, organic gardening, biking, and hiking. She has an AA degree in Spanish, a Resort and Second Home Specialist Certification from the National Association of Realtors, AMPI affiliation, and an ePro Certificate from the National Association of Realtors. Dede served as a California Association of Realtors Director for 3 years, became Vice President of the South Tahoe Association of Realtors in 2006, President Elect in 2007, and President in 2008 when she also earned the 2008 Realtor of the Year award. She has a strong commitment to a high level of customer service and her extensive knowledge of East Cape, Baja California Sur will provide all of her real estate clients with the knowledge and care that they deserve. Her goal of being a cutting edge Realtor who can give her clients the best service and marketing possible fits in to the Ronival Real Estate goals as a company. Recently, she and her business partner, Emma Nicholson, have formed a team and hired Jesus Zavala as their Personal Assistant. The first 6 months of this team have produced a large margin of all current East Cape transactions and the future looks very bright!
