Doug bought his first house when he was 18 and turned it into his first rental when he
was 23. He was hooked and immersed himself into the world of real estate, learning everything
he could. He enjoys rehabbing, distressed homes and turning them into beautiful dream homes. He is very knowledgeable
about construction, inspections and remodeling houses. More than real estate, Doug truly enjoys helping people. He feels
very blessed when he can assist others. He's an honest and hard-working person, who will really listen to you and
communicate with you. He loves being part of this community and being connected with his church. In his spare time,
he can be found playing outside in our beautiful East Tennessee mountains, boating and fishing with his lovely wife and
two dogs. He recently started a weird, new hobby of vermicomposting or raising worms for the purpose of creating amazing
compost soil.
