Welcome to my MLS page! From a real estate perspective, I am a fully licensed Realtor and member of AMPI (Mexican equivalent of the National Association of Realtors). I am also Conocer Certified - a legally-required certification for real estate professionals working in the Baja Sur tourist zone.
As part of the Keller Williams Luxury Group, I have the advantage of working with a team of like-minded real estate professionals. We pool ideas, share best practice and importantly are able to network with our Keller Williams colleagues in the US to find suitable buyers. We use the latest tools and techniques to help you sell your property; from virtual tours and drone photography to social media and internal Keller Williams intranets.
Marketing is extremely important to me. As a previous board director of Edelman in London, one of the largest public relations firms in the world, and having run other businesses, I am fortunate enough to have spent many years creating PR, communications and marketing plans for some of the biggest global brands - and how the use of technology supports the selling process. I have also worked in the international commercial real estate sector and have supported the launch of a US real estate business, so I understand how property works both locally and globally.
On a personal basis, we own land and property across Los Barriles and can therefore appreciate both the seller's and the buyer's perspective - which can often be confusing for first-time buyers and sellers in Mexico.
