My family has been involved with real estate and development since the 1970's in Colorado.

After graduating with a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado, which gave me critical thinking and analysis, I decided to get my real estate brokers license, which I held for many years, even after the West called me to move to San Diego, during the downtown in Colorado's economy.

After moving to San Diego, I quickly found a job in outside sales in one of the hardest sales professions out there-selling copiers door to door. I learned determination, grit, negotiations, but most importantly, the skill of listening.

During this time, I earned my California sales license in Real Estate in 1989, and then three years later, decided to have matching bookends and gained my Real Estate Brokers license to match it from Colorado.

Having the knowledge of a real estate broker has provided me with 3-4 times the schooling and training of a sales licensee, to benefit both buyers and sellers of real estate.

I have experience in working for two large national Mortgage companies which has given me in depth knowledge of the mortgage and qualification process, which further benefits my clients.

With the successful career in outside selling I enjoyed, Real Estate was always a passionate hobby. Whenever there was an article or news concerning real estate, I quickly devoured the information, and I still learn about Real Estate daily.

After leaving the copier industry after 20 years, having held both sales and sales management positions, my my family commitments took me to Palm Springs, CA, to help my family run a series of successful restaurants.

In 2014, I opened up my own restaurant, Kaiser Grille Palm Desert, naming it after my father who opened the first Kaiser Grille years previously, a few blocks away. The people business is what I love, because I really enjoy "serving" people and putting them first. I am focused on helping other people get what they want in life. In this manner I receive what I want in life.

Awards and Accolades: "Best steakhouse, best seafood, best happy hour, best American cuisine, etc" in Palm Desert on Yelp, Tripadvisor, Desert Sun, Palm Springs Life, etc.

Fast forward to March 2020. I was forced to close the restaurant due to COVID-19, by the governor of California. I am hoping to reopen one day with full capacity. In the meantime, I am pivoting back to my first love, real estate.

These years of experience in the Coachella valley in the hospitality community have allowed me to forge relationships with clients, local governments, city councils, school districts, businesses as well as the many people who call the Greater Palm Springs area home.

My involvement in the community is my way of paying it forward for future generations and to make a difference in the valley.

I believe personal relationships are the most important thing in life.

It is better to give than receive. I give back to the community that supported me through my resources and especially time.
