Born and raised in Vienna, Austria, I moved to the US approximately 30 years ago. I received my M.B.A. in International Business Administration as the valedictorian at Schiller International University in Madrid, Spain, in 1994. I worked as an international Management Consultant in Toronto, Canada and Hilton Head, SC, until settling down in the Palm Springs area in 1997 for my real estate business. I am the owner and broker of HPS Real Estate Investments, thereby specializing in the sales and marketing of homes, vacant land and commercial properties.

I have lived in the wider Palm Springs area for approximately 22 years and I have worked in
real estate for that entire time. I have engaged in the brokerage and sale of properties since 1997. During said time frame, I have actively marketed and/ or negotiated the purchase and sale of local real estate properties to the extent of 1,700 closed real estate transactions, both, as a licensed real estate broker, as well as a personal real estate investor/owner. Said transactions included sales of single family residences, condominiums, commercial properties, vacant land, bank foreclosures and short sale properties, which required meticulous knowledge of the existing and past market conditions, as well as a full understanding of any internal as well as external influences affecting a property's market value at a given time.
