As a homeowner, a property developer, and a former landlord, Jason has the personal understanding and visceral experience of navigating the financial and emotional dynamics clients confront.

The same critical eye is necessary when selling a home. "Data analysis is only the road to the river's edge. Seeing a property's strengths, maximizing its appeal, and then deftly marketing it to the largest pool of buyers is the bridge to the other bank," he continues.

Jason began his real estate career at Sotheby's International Realty in San Francisco in 2007 shortly before the turbulent upheaval of The Great Recession. In 2012, he relocated to the Washington, DC metro area. Once in The East, he quickly licensed in Virginia and The District of Columbia where he worked for TTR Sotheby's International Realty, one of the largest and most prestigious brokerages in the region.

In January of 2018, Jason joined the dynamic team at Keller Williams Realty in downtown Palm Springs, California.

"I have clients across the country and the world that have found me and my listings through my global web platforms, print material, and video outreach. My goal is to always be of service to home buyers and home sellers in all price ranges," he states with conviction.

"Palm Springs offered me the opportunity to be back in my home state of California and bask in the beauty of The Coachella Valley. At this point in my life, I wouldn't live anywhere else."

In a prior life, as a noted furniture and residential interior designer, Jason's line of upholstered goods was shown at juried trade events on both coasts, including the International Contemporary Furniture Fair in New York City and the San Francisco Home Furnishings Show.

His furniture line also appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle, Showboats Magazine, The Robb Report, and Veranda, among others, while residential design projects have spanned a range of budgets.

Born and raised in San Francisco, Jason is a fourth-generation native to The City by the Bay. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema and a Master of Arts in Consumer and Family Science, with a concentration in Interior Design. Both degrees are from San Francisco State University. Within his field, he also holds a REALTOR® designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist®.

Jason is a past-president of The Victorian Alliance of San Francisco, the oldest all-volunteer architectural preservation organization in that city. Away from the office, Jason works on improving his SCUBA diving and photography skills. He maintains a real estate vlog and is a former urban beekeeper.
