Jeff was born and raised in Ville Platte, Louisiana. He is a 1982 graduate of Sacred Heart High School. In 1986 he elisted in the United States Air Force and served honorably unit 1990. In 1991 he attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana and worked in retail during that time. He earned is bachelor degree in 1994. For the past twenty years he worked for a family business and began his real estate career in 2019.
