Upon graduating from Calvin College in 1983 I began a long journey of company startups and being self employed. My favorite company startup was distributing various police and military products to over 30 countries via foreign embassies. This involved intense negotiations with foreign armies, police, and government procurement personnel. I've held licenses by the US Department of State after completing rigorous government background checks. REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE: I received my Real Estate Sales license in 1984 and Real Estate Appraisal license in 1992 (lapsed). I've held a Branch Manager position for a Michigan mortgage company for 6 years. I have extensive knowledge of residential real estate "value" and have represented large Michigan residential investment corporations. This has helped me become a multimillion dollar producer every year I have been in the real estate business.
