Josh brings 10 years of experience as a banking branch manager and 8 years as a real estate investor. Josh possesses first-hand knowledge in banking and finance from managing bank branches in Kalamazoo, Battle Creek and Three Rivers. His background has allowed him to develop and demonstrate both top-notch customer service skills and extensive knowledge of the lending and mortgage process. Josh has established great relationships with multiple skilled, local lenders that can quarterback the home financing process with ease for his buyers. While working at the bank Josh became a weekend warrior when he started investing in real estate in 2012. He has since purchased over a dozen properties in Kalamazoo County. During Josh's time investing in real estate and as a branch manager he has formed a network of relationships with local lenders, local contractors and tradesmen from plumbers, electricians, roofers and more.
