Juan Carlos, known by his family and friends as JC, arrived in the Vail Valley in November of 2006 when a cousin's Thanksgiving dinner invitation brought him to this wonderful valley for a weekend of family time and skiing. That winter weekend was all it took to convince him that the Vail Valley was the place he should call home. That summer, well, it was the confirmation of his decision to stay.

Hard Work, Customer Service And Attention To Detail

Shortly after deciding to make the Vail Valley his home, he found a new career path in Vail's world class Hospitality Industry working for Destination Hotels and Resorts. His hard work, excellent customer service skills and attention to detail were a great asset, especially in the very demanding, high end hotel and condominium properties where he performed several operational management roles.

It was in the latter, condominiums, that he expanded his hospitality skills to include property management, giving him the opportunity to work with and assist home owners in taking care of their prized high end mountain properties. His friendly demeanor and great communication skills quickly gained him the trust needed in providing his clients the assurance that their properties were well taken care of.

Inherent Transition Into Real Estate

Working with both national and international property owners became a real passion for JC. The many intrinsic aspect of managing properties, both rental and non-rental, provided the challenges needed for him to broaden the skills and knowledge that are fundamental in managing real estate. With this progression grew his desire to continue to expand his career in providing real estate services, which led him to invest in becoming a real estate agent.

After taking a sabbatical in 2015, JC received his real estate license and thus began his journey of providing local, national and international home buyers and sellers the service, knowledge and skills needed in order to reach their real estate goals.
