Brooke Garcia is a mother of two daughters, licensed broker with Cascade Hasson Sotheby's, and the Marketing Director for her and her husband's real estate company, Bend Homes Now. Born and raised in Modesto, CA, Brooke met her husband and business partner, Mark Garcia in high school. She obtained a degree in the History of Art and Architecture from the University of California, Santa Barbara. After college Brooke worked in banking before becoming a high school math teacher and volleyball coach. In 2006 Brooke and Mark moved to Bend, Oregon. Brooke worked for Bank of the Cascades, a former local community bank as VP Treasury Management Officer. After 9 years of helping businesses and government agencies with banking, Brooke began to manage the rental properties that she and her husband had been investing in. This led to the genesis of Brooke Garcia Property Management. After 5 years of managing long-term rentals, Brooke sold her business and began assisting her husband Mark with his real estate business and became a licensed broker in August 2023. Throughout her career she has developed skills in customer service, sales, managing real estate, marketing, and business operations.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband and family, watching her daughters play volleyball and soccer, reading, gardening, walking with her dog, and getting outside.
