Maria is the team lead for The Metta Team from Keller Williams Realty Ocean Living in Point Pleasant, NJ. Maria's territory expands throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties and along the Jersey Shore, where she resides.
One of Maria's goals is to help as many people as she can, which is why she doesn't limit herself by specializing in a specific market segment or price point—she'll work with clients looking for their first homes and vacation homes, as well as investors. Working along the waterfront also requires its own unique skill set and knowledge, such as understanding FEMA requirements and working with flood elevation certifications.
Maria credits her knowledge and keen insight from working as a "construction to perm" specialist at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for nearly 10 years. Understanding her client's true vision in creating a sacred space was essential to her success. This mindset was the foundation on how she lives her life.
In addition to finding fulfillment serving clients, Maria feels strongly about giving back to the community. She donates her time and efforts to families in need, whenever possible.
