I recently graduated from Texas Tech University- Lubbock summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts. I majored in history with a secondary education minor. In the months following my graduation I have worked to complete the prerequisites required to obtain a NM Real Estate Associate Broker license. I completed the coursework in January 2023 and successfully passed the National and New Mexico exams in early of April 2023. I plan to work with Century 21 Aspen Real Estate in Ruidoso , NM as a new Associate Broker learning the ropes of real estate with my dad Scott Roser, who has been in the business for 30+ years. In addition, throughout my time in undergrad and in the months following, I have continued to manage my family's Airbnb nightly rental remotely. This has given me first hand experience at just a small part of the real estate market.
