In the beginning Casey's hard work paid off as he went from grunt laborer to project manager of over 20 homes in his first year as a superintendent with home building giant Desert Point Builders who named him the youngest new construction superintendent in the state of Utah.
As the housing market took a turn for the worse in 2007 Casey traveled South to start work building luxury homes with Split Rock Fine Homes in Ivins Utah. Learning from his Aunt, Jill Jones, a professional interior and construction designer. While putting himself through the real estate school process, Casey relocated to Gilbert, Arizona where he worked multiple sales jobs allowing him to build on his sales skills and earning him the accolade of top sales person in the retail industry. From this experience, Casey went full time in real estate and has never looked back
