An experienced REALTOR® and Auctioneer with a demonstrated history of working in Real Estate. Loy, a Commercial Broker, has been awarded the CoStar Power Broker title and is a member of the McColly Real Estate President's Circle. He has been purchasing, selling and managing his own office, retail, self-storage, and warehouse properties for 45 years, licensed in Illinois and Indiana to lend his considerable experience to others.

He is skilled in Operations Management, Sales, Logistic Support, and Account Management. Mr. Loy has the National Association of Realters designations of Accredited Buyer's Representative, At Home With Diversity, and the Commitment to Excellence Certification. He currently serves on the NIRA Diversity Committee as Chair and is a committee member on the NIRA Governmental Affairs Committee and the Indiana Association of Realtors Standards and Practices Grievance Committee.

During two consecutive terms as President of the Indiana Auto Wholesalers Association, he lobbied the Indiana Legislature and oversaw association management.

When employed as Assistant Director at Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana, Loy demonstrated great compassion for the Handicapped while managing donated goods production for 17 stores.
