I'm Challanne Hill-Gee, a Colorado native. I attended Colorado State University, where I double-majored in Journalism and Media Communications, and Communication Studies, and earned a master's degree in Strategic Communication from Regent University. With eight years in marketing, I've developed strong communication and marketing skills, which I now bring to real estate. As a member of a military family, I understand the challenges of moving every few years and how overwhelming finding a new home can be. I'm excited to be part of the Keller Williams Space Coast team and passionate about helping others find homes they love on the Space Coast because I believe everyone deserves a place that brings them joy and comfort. Independent, goal-oriented, and determined, I strive to help each client achieve their dream of homeownership. When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling and making new memories with my husband, son, daughter, and dog. I believe there are always opportunities to thrive and grow.
