Nancy Leavitt was born and raised a "Jersey Girl", born in Newark, she grew up in Sussex County, spending every summer at the Jersey shore! She graduated from Newton High School and then went on to college in Princeton.
Nancy began her sales career selling insurance for Prudential 37 years ago. In 1994, she and her husband Steve opened Leavitt Plumbing & Heating, specializing in new construction of large custom homes, working with some of NJ's premier custom home builders. This unique combination of construction acumen and real estate sales experience make her a perfect fit for investor buyers, and gives her a keen eye for spotting spectacular deals for all the rest!
Nancy started her real estate career in 2011 with Weichert and started the year 2014 by joining Keller Williams. In 2023 she began a new venture as she joined the William Hagan Group at eXp Realty. She looks forward to assisting him achieve his team vision. Customer service is at the forefront of her sales philosophy whether she is working with buyers or sellers. Her certification as a Sellers Representative Specialist puts her in the company of some of the top listing agents in the nation.
