My primary goal is to provide the best customer service, communication, and also retain those valuable relationships. 100% of my business is from referrals and recommendations from my previous clients and or friends. I have sold investments properties in Gatlinburg to Pigeon Forge areas to a mobile home park in Rockwood, TN. I also have been involved with new construction projects, and this is from the blueprints/design to the finish creation that a new owner gets to call Home. I sell luxury homes, downtown condos, and mobile homes. Each client is unique with needs that my focus is helping them achieve those needs. I also have sold tracts of property and lots. I always request that I do a walk through before listing a property and give free advice on what needs to be done before marketing. I want to maximize that selling price for my sellers. I mean that when I do that initial walk through, I want every light bulb in a light fixture to match and be working. It's the little things that make a huge difference and I take pride in working for my clients.
