Paul Bunce, the Broker/Owner of Paul Bunce Real Estate, has more than 13 years professional experience that includes operational, manufacturing, and client service positions with leading retail, food processing, recycling, and real estate companies. Paul is a third generation Real Estate Investor and Real Estate Broker. He founded Paul Bunce Real Estate in 2014.

Paul holds a BBA in Marketing from Grand Valley State University. Throughout his career he has held many roles being utilized as a customer relations expert serving companies including Nestle, SpartanNash, Tomra, and RE/MAX. His true passion is Real Estate and is recognized as an expert in the field. Paul has served on many committees for the Greater Regional Alliance of REALTORS (GRAR). Currently, Paul sits on the Board of Directors and Government Affairs Committee for GRAR as well as the Public Policy Committee for Michigan REALTORS and the Board of Directors for the MLS Exchange.
