Real Estate, Home Building, and Construction started off as a dream that seemed so far away when I was a kid growing up right here in Columbia. It wasnt uncommon to find me talking to construction workers in my neighborhood asking for scrap lumber to help build a tree house. As life moved on and I came closer to graduating from Rock Bridge High School, I knew I wanted to work in construction and real estate.
I went on to the University of Missouri where I graduated in 2013 with a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering. After graduation I worked for River City Construction as a Project Engineer where I was able to assist in managing large projects like Traditions Plaza on MUs campus, MUs medical plaza on Providence, and even adding labor and delivery rooms to St. Marys Hospital. During my time at River City Construction, I built my first home with Beacon Street Properties. I quickly knew that residential real estate was where I belong.
In 2015, I joined the Beacon Street Properties team where I worked as a warranty manager, project manager, and realtor. Working with this team allowed me to continue to gain extensive knowledge in building, buying, selling, and renting homes. Now, after five years of construction experience, I am excited to pair my contracting business Restoration Ryan with my work as a realtor to give you the confidence you need when purchasing or selling a home.
