Shane is an experienced short-term rental Superhost, co-host and general contractor (on his own projects). He has the experience, expertise and imagination to assist his investor clients in sourcing, designing, launching and managing short-term vacation rentals and mid-term visiting professional rentals as they move to diversify their real estate portfolios.

Shane has always been a real estate investor. Initially, he sought a career in real estate so he could become a more informed and an efficient investor. As his priorities have evolved, he would like to share his expertise with others to help them grow their real estate holdings.

Shane holds a bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration from WKU and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Kentucky.
