Sheridan Sims was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, and his love for the Bluegrass runs deep. A Henry Clay High School alum and Western Kentucky University marketing graduate, he blends education, experience, and passion to excel in full-time real estate.
Inspired by his architect father, Sheridan developed a lifelong appreciation for residential design. Since launching his real estate career in 2015, he's leveraged his sales and marketing expertise to guide clients through every stage of homeownership. His drive led to the creation of The Catalyst Group, which now includes 10 agents, 2 full-time client success managers, and The Catalyst Auctions Group, offering cutting-edge auction services across Central Kentucky. Together, the team has sold nearly 600 homes and almost $200M in lifetime sales.
Beyond real estate, Sheridan is dedicated to community impact. He serves on the Executive Board for The Shepherd's House Inc., supports local events through Keller Williams, and, alongside his wife, Sydney, has founded several men's and women's sober living residences to combat addiction in Central Kentucky.
Family remains his greatest motivation. Sheridan and Sydney cherish life with their three children, Palmer, Talon, and Carter, and their golden retriever, Mack. A proud UK fan, he enjoys cheering on the Cats, hunting, and playing golf in his free time.
