Stephanie moved to the Coachella Valley in 2012, and developed a deep appreciation for the unique qualities that each Desert community offers. It became her passion to assuringly guide her clients through the oft-times complicated process of homeownership.

She understands from her own experience that buying or selling a house is stressful, so she takes a personalized approach to each client's needs.

For sellers, she understands what's going on in the market and the importance of staging a home to display its attributes to the widest audience so that you get the price you want, with the least amount of hassle.

For buyers, Stephanie's insights into the current marketplace, coupled with her knowledge and understanding of her client's needs, makes finding and purchasing the right home efficient, enjoyable, and as stress-free as possible.

Actively involved in the California Desert Association of Realtors (C.D.A.R), Stephanie recently served as the Chair of the C.D.A.R. Government Affairs committee. She also currently serves on the Professional Standards & Strategic Affairs Committees. Stephanie previously served as Chair & Vice-Chair of the Grievance Committee, the Vice-Chair of the C.D.A.R. Leadership Program, as well as serving on the Scholarship committee. In addition, she works with Coachella Valley high school and college students to help them build their creative and leadership skills.
