Real estate runs deep in Susanna's family, along with deep community roots. She is a former high school English teacher who decided to pursue her intense interest in houses, making her a third-generation realtor. As a realtor for Duke Warner and a mother of two boys, she understands the importance of finding the right neighborhood and school district. Her father emigrated here from Germany, and owned restaurants full of immigrant workers from many countries, so from early on, she gained a unique ability to be comfortable with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds. Susanna moved to Bend in 2004. She is personable and friendly, and has an intense curiosity to continue to learn. This translates into a commitment to the latest industry knowledge coupled with exceptional service to her clients.

She has a wide range of interests including: running, downhill skiing, soccer player and coach, and volunteering. She is actively involved in her children's schools and advocates for families and children with special needs. She also loves to read and knows a good deal about wines. All of this combines into a love of the Central Oregon lifestyle.
