Sarah Lapsley and Gregory Marty Martin work as a Realtor team. They both have a passion for developing relationships with people as well as a strong desire to provide their clients with the best possible customer service experience when buying or selling a home on Cape Cod.
Sarah was raised in Mendon, Massachusetts and graduated from Westfield State College in 2003. She then moved to the Cape where she and her family lived and worked in real estate in the Harwich, Dennis, and Yarmouth area for the next 5 years. Sarah then headed to Colorado to work for a startup internet company and was responsible for advertising, marketing, and promotions. Through previous employment Sarah gained an enormous amount of experience in both business knowledge and customer service.
Marty grew up on the South Shore in Canton, Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1996. He then moved to Colorado where he worked for the last 10 years for one of Forbes Top 25 Largest Privately Held Companies. Throughout these endeavors he gained tremendous customer service experience with all types of clients and business partners.
Sarah and Marty come from a successful Real Estate family who has been working on Cape Cod for the past 15 years with Kinlin Grover. After spending the majority of their summers growing up and enjoying all that the Cape has to offer, they are both ecstatic to be back home. They own a home in Hyannis and are extremely excited to be living here year round.
