Allen was born and raised in Upstate New York, where he enjoyed hiking, skiing, and getting together with friends. He attended college at the State University of New York at Oswego and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an Economics minor. After many cold winters, Allen decided to move to Wilmington and is proud to call this home. Wilmington has so much to offer its residents, the beaches are minutes away, there is great nightlife downtown, and the beautiful, quiet communities in the suburbs.
