April Bartlett, Broker/President of Block Properties, Inc. is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, the Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors and the Southland Regional Association of Realtors.

She was the Antelope Valley's first EcoBroker. April has been a Real Estate Broker in the Antelope Valley for over 16 years. She was the National Sales Director of a local sportswear manufacturing company for 12 years and a Paralegal for over 3 years. She is also a Secretary of State Commissioned Notary Public.
