I am a full-time Real Estate Broker and I divide my time equally working with Buyers and Sellers. I specialize in New Construction Sales (homes, condos and townhomes), mixed-use and residential development. Working with Relocation buyers is also one of my strengths because Chattanooga is my hometown and I'm familiar with the wide variety of areas around the city and into the countryside. I have been in real estate since 1997, originally in commercial redevelopment where my passion for real estate was born. I have been an active member of the Greater Chattanooga Realtors (GCR) serving on various committees, Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce and the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga. I serve on a variety of committees at the Realtor Association, travel to state and national conferences to stay on top of topics that affect the industry and private property owner rights. I received the 2017 REALTOR of the Year award and in 2018, I was awarded the George Kangles Community Citizenship Award. In 2017, I joined the Charles H. Coolidge Medal of Honor organization as an Advisory Board Member. I also serve on the board of green|spaces locally, a wonderful non-profit focused on providing a wide variety of services and promoting sustainable development.

I truly enjoy working with people to buy and sell homes and serve my community. It's always a privilege to meet new people and introduce them to Chattanooga and their new home, but I believe the role of a Realtor is also that of a trusted advisor. Even after the sale, I strive to stay in touch with clients and customers to provide them with tools and resources to ensure their investment is improving. From recommending painters and plumbers to interior designers and landscapers, my job is to provide a wealth of resources to those who may not know where to turn. Our resources include a trusted network of vendors, subcontractors and suppliers that we often recommend where needed. Last, but certainly not least, my greatest reward is referrals. When I have the privilege of working with a family member, business associate or friend referred by a past client, I am so grateful to have earned that trust.
