A native son of North Charleston, Eugeno attended Stall High School and later graduated from Virginia College, with a degree in Business Administration. He served honorably in the U.S. Army as an infantryman and has a background in logistics management. Prior to returning home in 2015, he lived abroad in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. It was during this time, he began investing in residential rental properties in the Charleston area.
