My path into reaI estate began over nineteen years ago when I obtained my builders license and began renovating homes. This passion in real estate evolved as I purchased, renovated, and sold eleven homes, all while working as a full-time police officer in the city of Grand Rapids. In 2010, I formally attained my real estate license. Because of my local roots, connections, community knowledge, and a lot of hard work, my business exploded, enabling me to make a life changing decision. I chose to end my 20+ year law enforcement career and work for people in a different capacity. As a result of such quick growth in business, I was compelled to hire an Administrative Coordinator and a Buyer's Agent, who have formed the foundation of The Brad Ditmar Team.
