A bit about my background...I've been in the real estate industry for a number of years now. I don't consider myself a salesperson; I'm a problem-solver and a resourceful professional. I have personal experience renovating and building a home from the ground up. I took a small, 660 sq ft fixer-upper and transformed it into a stunning 2200 sq ft home, which I sold in 2022. This experience taught me the importance of attention to detail, strategic planning, and maximizing a property's value.

Prior to my career in Real Estate I was the office manager @ Cavco (Durango) for about 10 yrs and have a lot of knowledge in manufactured homes and the construction process as well. I also speak both English and Spanish, and I am working towards my contractor license. This gives me a unique insight into home construction and improvement.
