Charles graduated from San Jose state, and was a Naval officer before starting his career(s)

He started off in sales and Marketing and ended up as President and CEO, and board member of several companies- mostly with Computer and Data Processing companies.

He was also a founder of a company that went Public in 1993 when he semi retired and started building large Spec homes in the San Diego area for several years.

During his career he has also been a licensed agent and Broker in California since 1968, and his license has been continuously been active.

For the last 6 years, he has been focused on listing and selling homes in Rancho La Quinta CC (where he lives) and last year (2022) he had transactions exceeding 24 million dollars.
