After more than ten years of being a real estate investor, I had an opportunity to become a licensed real estate broker and affiliate with Silver Coast Properties. I transitioned to real estate after a 15 year career as a high school administrator in New Jersey, with over 20 years in education as a whole. I have always enjoyed working with people and families and look forward to using the skill set I possess to do the same, but in a different field. I moved to North Carolina in 2014 after retiring early and have been extremely happy living here and becoming a member of the community. In 2021, 2022 and 2023, my sales volume was in excess of 20M for each year. In 2024 my sales volume was in excess of 26M.
