Courtney L. Kuhn (Marous), CCIM, is a Senior Vice President at Avison Young, specializing exclusively in industrial properties, users, and investments.

Courtney joined Avison Young in the Fall of 2014, when she launched her career as one of the first females in the region to specialize exclusively in the industrial sector. Her global business background, international supply chain, and logistics experience brings a fresh perspective and collaborative cadence, unique to the brokerage industry.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Courtney worked at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, one of the world's largest third-party logistics companies, where she gained invaluable experience managing her client's supply chains and collaborating with leading manufacturers, distributors, big box retailers, and global trade experts.

Courtney is a proud alumni of the College of Charleston, where she received her bachelor of science in International Business in 2012 and was recently awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation through the CCIM Institute. The CCIM designation is commercial real estate's global standard for professional achievement and held by less than 10 percent of commercial real estate investors and advisors - making them the go-to experts in their respective markets.
