After being in the education field for 15 years, Dana felt the need to branch out and have a second avenue of employment. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, she started First Properties of Michigan, LLC in 2007. This is a Real Estate Investment Company specializing in purchasing homes, renovating, and selling or renting the properties. Mrs. Riley did much of the renovation work herself, all of the designing, and acted as property manager once the houses were rented. This began her interest in Real Estate. She now solely works as a full time Realtor representing both Buyers and Sellers across Southwest Michigan.
In 2008, she became a Realtor with The Jung Agency and joined @properties in 2019, where she currently works. She actively participates in buying and listing home for her clients. She is uniquely qualified in helping people see the potential in homes by drawing on her experience in renovating and designing homes. She has the ability to share that vision with her clients.
She has received multiple top producer awards from the Southwest Multiple Listing System. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and the Southwestern Michigan Association of Realtors. She holds a PSA designation (Pricing Strategy Analyst).
