Real estate has been my career for the past 5 decades, obtaining a Real Estate License in 1971 as a Student at Seton Hall University and then choosing to make it Full Time in 1974 after Graduation. Shortly thereafter, I obtained a New Jersey Broker Salesperson License and, and then became a Broker Owner of Choice Realty Co, Iselin, NJ and selling the Company in 2016.

In 2018, I decided to make the Porters Neck area of Wilmington, NC our home with my wife, Annie..... and
