Sky's the Limit Realty is a woman owned business headed up by Denise Dakoulis. Denise grew up on the West Coast and worked in the legal industry for 10 years. When she moved to Wilmington, NC, she decided to start fresh with a new career in real estate. Known locally as "The Skydiving Agent", she started her real estate career as "Rookie of the Year" in 1993 and each year thereafter, has been recognized as a Multi-Million, award winning top producing agent. In addition to speaking at the 2006 RE/MAX International Convention in Las Vegas, Denise has been actively involved in the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors and serves as the Vice-Chair/ arbitrator for dispute resolution and code of ethics enforcement for the Professional Standard Committee.
Denise has also been recognized as one of the TOP 300 REAL PRODUCING REALTORS in the Cape Fear Region for 2023.
