◾Life is great and it is wonderful to be healthy, happy, and loved. When I was in school, a teacher had us do a project called warm fuzzy. It was a fourth sheet of paper that was entitled Warm Fuzzy.
◾When we noticed something kind about someone we would write it on the warm fuzzy and give it to the fellow student.
◾When they read it, whether it be a thank you for helping me with my homework, or I'm so glad to have a great friend like you, or you are the kindest person I know, it gives that person a warm fuzzy feeling.
◾I try to treat every client like I would want to be treated, in a warm fuzzy kind of way. I try very hard to answer all my phone calls, but some have to go to voicemail, but I return phone calls promptly.
◾I contact my sellers frequently and keep them updated. I provide top of the line service to my clients.
◾It is so important to the sellers that when their house is shown to let them know how it went. They are anxious to find out.
◾I contact them as soon as possible. I do not want my clients to be wondering and have to contact me - I want to take the initiative and call them before they even start to ponder.
◾I always try to go the extra mile, and I am certain my friends and clients will agree. It is time that my extra mile becomes miles and reaches places that I can help in many ways.
◾I want to make a difference. Not everyone has the opportunity to do what they love for a living, but I'm fortunate to be able to have my dream career.
◾I love being a Realtor even though I answer my phone daytime, nighttime, and on weekends. I refer to myself as the 24/7 Realtor and I would not change it.
