I first moved to Bay County back in 1986, and have always found my way back to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches because of the friendliness of the locals and because of the beauty of the Emerald Coast. After several years living in Panama City Beach, I received a job in law enforcement for the City of Tampa and relocated, but always missed my original Florida roots. During the time in Tampa, I received a degree in Travel and Tourism and in Sociology knowing that my niche was in Real Estate!

Upon returning to my hometown, I worked in Property Management for many years where I found my clients continuously sought me out to assist them in finding their perfect home. After also working for several real estate companies, I became an agent myself and began the journey to do what I love; working with people to understand and fill their needs, and to see the satisfaction that they receive during the process of selling or buying their dream home.

I joined Coldwell Banker Realty as an agent because it offers the best resources and tools to help my customers and clients receive top notch service when selling or purchasing a home. I specialize in assisting our military service members and am proud of my MRP and FMS designations! I love working with first time homebuyers and also with investors; especially for 1031 exchanges.
