Jake's passion for the real estate industry came at an early age. When Jake was only 18 years old he took the real estate licensing class and over 17 years later he is the Broker/Owner of (JH Realty Partners LLC) and truly loves what he does!
Jake works hard for his clients and is very easy to work with. As a real-estate investor himself and with hundreds of brokered transactions over the last decade, Jake helps his clients successfully buy and sell real estate.
Jake is active with the GRAR (Grand Rapids Association of Realtors). In 2012 Jake was honored as Grand Rapids Association of Realtors "Young Professional of the Year".
Jake is a member of the Ada Business Association, Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce, Grand Rapids Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI).
Jake is very patient, believes in prompt service and honesty and treats not only his clients but fellow Realtors with the utmost integrity and respect.
