John Toler has been one of Topsail Island's top sales agents ever since he joined Ward's sales team in March of 2003. He is a consistent multi-million dollar producer. John served on the Topsail Island Association of Realtors Board of Directors from 2006 - 2011, serving as President in 2010. John was elected by his peers and colleagues as a testament to his professional skill, commitment and dedication to Topsail Island. He was also nominated and served on the Pender County Tourism Authority Board of Directors from 2010-2015, working with the Pender county Tourism Director in developing policy and promoting Pender County as a great Tourist Destination.
