Josiah Williams was born and raised in the Holy City and loves everything the city has to offer. He believes Charleston has something to offer for everyone; whether you enjoy the outdoors, amazing cuisine or the deep history embedded within this great city.
After graduating locally from Wando High School, Josiah attended Clemson University where he received his bachelors in business-management. Upon graduating from Clemson, Josiah decided to return to the city that he loves and began helping others get the chance to live in such an amazing place. Real Estate is a great passion of his and he loves researching homes in depth to find the perfect property for his clients that will not only be a great home, but also a great investment. He also takes great pride in running an investment team that restores homes on the peninsula with the hopes of making this great city even better. He has also helped make his small team of investors over $1,000,000 in the form of equity in a little over two years.
Josiah is a lover of life and the outdoors and when hes not working, you can find him fishing up and down the Wando River, at the beach, on the boat or spending time with his lovely girlfriend.
