Kade Ence has been involved in St. George real estate for his entire life. His grandfather founded the local construction company Ence Homes in 1957 which was eventually passed on to Kade's father and uncles. Kade worked in the family business from his childhood until he was 30 yrs old.

Kade started selling real estate in 2001. He sold new construction homes for Ence Homes for several years. While obtaining his Bachelors Degree in Accounting and later his Masters Degree in Business.

In 2012 Kade earned his Real Estate Broker's Licence, and left the family business in 2013 to join Keller Williams where he still specializes in new construction and residential real estate. While with his brokerage Kade has completed his GRI designation from the Graduate of Realtor Institute, and is now expanding his specialties to everything from high end luxury homes to short sales and foreclosures.

Kade cares deeply about his clients and makes every effort to create a positive experience in buying and selling real estate. He takes a consultative approach- taking the time to understand his clients goals and priorities and create a plan suited to their specific needs.
